The company was formed in the early part of 1980 and has since been actively involved in the field of Real State Development, Construction Contracting and Project Management. Managed by a team of local as well as foreign qualified professionals. The company has to its credit the construction of heavy industrial projects as well as large size housing schemes comprising of single dwelling and multi story buildings.

The company also undertakes projects on Turn-Key basis where by it identifies a suitable land for construction of a Real Estate Project, develop feasibility reports, prepare drawings of a proposed housing scheme, obtain all the necessary building approvals from the concerned Government agencies, launch advertising campaign for the sale of the project, collect receipts from the buyers of the project and undertake the complete job of civil, electrical, plumbing works.

We are an outfit, which is growing and believes in doing quality works. We boast of completing works in the shortest possible time when we are allowed to use our pre-cast structural elements which are manufactured by our sister concern "Balochistan Concrete & Blocks Limited". We take great pains in doing quality jobs and feel proud of our accomplishment to date. Time and again we are committed to be better.

The company is a member of Pak. Engineering Council and also a member of Association of Builders & Developers.
